DevinAfter creating and implementing my own workout plan for a couple of months, I decided to get the advice of a professional. Ethan was that guy, he looked over what I have been doing and recommend changes in a thoughtful and engaging way. By listening to my goals, he then took his knowledge and background to adjust and tune my routine and diet. His exercise recommendation are unique and never boring. His diet suggestions keep inline with my own habits and do not require me to go full 360 to see change.
